Participants will learn the basic fundamentals of sports like soccer, baseball, football, and more to help children decide which sports they enjoy the most. This program will help build confidence and social skills while burning excess energy through highly active running games. It will help children prepare for more formal sports programs and a lifetime of fitness through sport.

This class will teach kids the basics of pickleball - a sport that can be enjoyed by the whole family! The first class introduces children to all aspects of the sport. Each class after that includes coaching on a specific aspect and game play.
